Get to Know Me~

Nice to meet ya! I'm Sydney (or Syd as my friends call me~) and I'm an actor, as I'm sure you've already guessed looking through my cite. This is just a lil tid bit about me and how I got to where I am!
I am non-binary identifying (they/them) and was born and raised in the Bay Area (about 6 hours north of LA) where I consumed all types of performing media; musicals, plays, movies, TV shows, Cirque du Soliel shows, and pretty much anything else I could get my hands on. At the age of 12 I started auditioning & performing on my own in my local theatre companies and thus started the life long journey of turning my theatre kid passions into a successful career!
But, of course, there's the ever pressing question: Who am I outside of this whole acting thing?

Of course, performing is my main priority, but there are days when I get to sit back and unwind. When I have some free time I love to draw! I have always loved drawing ever since I could hold a pencil. My parents still have "masterpieces" from when I was as young as 5 years old and I love to look back at those and see how far my traditional art skills have grown. I've even started creating a webcomic that I add to in my spare time. It's called "Dragonborne: The Ending Legacy" and you can find it on WebToons if you click
Another fun hobby of mine is listening to & enjoying music. My favorite genre being K-pop! What I love most about K-pop is the culture behind the concerts themselves. Often times in Western music concerts, you typically go and just enjoy the music, but with K-pop there is so much more to do! These concerts often have dance events, small artist venues selling their work, trading, and freebies concert goers hand out just because they can. It's a whole day event that is so much fun to participate in!
